201306799 Commencing March 1, 2007, assuming Respondent has completed payments pursuant to this paragraph, Petitioner shall begin paying the full amount of her child support obligation. 11. The assumption of indebtedness and indemnification is an integral part of the bargain for support and satisfies a portion of the support agreement such that if this indemnification had not taken place, the amount of support would have been different in order to provide the support necessary to ensure the daily needs of the parties are satisfied. Consequently, this assumption and indemnification provision and the debts which are subject to it, should not be considered dischargeable in any bankruptcy proceeding by either party as against the other. 12. The parties shall file separate federal and state income tax returns for the year 2002. The Respondent shall be entitled to claim the parties' minor children as exemptions on his federal and state income tax returns for the year 2002 and thereafter. 13. The Respondent shall exercise his option, . if any, to extend health insurance coverage through his employer to the parties' minor chidren and for such additional health insurance coverage through his employer which favors the best interests of said minor children. 14. No alimony shall be awarded to either Petitioner or Respondent. 15. A complete record is waived. 16. Each party shall pay his or her own Court costs. 17. The Petitioner's maiden name of Kaisone Siyarath should be restored. 18. Each party will execute and deliver to the other such conveyances, assignments, bills of sale or other transfer as will be sufficient to vest in the other title to all of the personal property taken by such other under the terms of this agreement.
