The Westerly Sixty -two Feet (62') of Lot Ten (10) and <br />the Easterly Twenty -four Feet (24') of Lot Nine (9) , <br />Block One, Pleasant View Seventh Subdivision, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The Respondent shall have the above mentioned real estate set over to <br />him as his sole and absolute property. <br />6. The Petitioner shall have set over to her as her sole and <br />absolute property all household goods and furnishings, wearing <br />apparel, personal effects, appliances and fixtures and other personal <br />property of every kind and description now in her possession, <br />including bank accounts, insurance policies, and other intangible <br />for one child as each child reaches the age of majority, is <br />emancipated, or upon the further order of the Court, whichever first <br />occurs. Because of the offset against the equalization judgment as set <br />out below, said child support obligation shall commence on March 1, <br />2007, and continue on the first of each month, for each child, until <br />such child dies, becomes of legal age, self - supporting, emancipated, <br />adopted, marries or until further order of the Court, whichever sooner <br />occurs. A copy of the child support work sheet supporting the <br />payment obligations is attached hereto. Petitioner's temporary child <br />support obligation shall cease with the payment for the month of May, <br />2003. <br />4. All child support payments shall be made to The Nebraska <br />Child Support Payment Center, P. 0. Box 83307 Lincoln, Nebraska <br />68501 -3307. All payments MUST INCLUDE the name of the Payor, <br />Social Security Number, County and Case No. Upon Respondent's <br />failure to pay child support as ordered for more than thirty (30) days <br />and certification of that fact by the Clerk of the District Court, the <br />Petitioner shall appear before this Court on a date to be determined by <br />the Court and show cause why such payment was not made. In the <br />event that the Petitioner fails to pay and appear as so ordered, a <br />warrant shall be issued for the Petitioner's arrest. <br />5. The parties agree that they own as joint tenants real estate <br />located at 916 East Sunset, Grand Island, Nebraska which real estate <br />has the following legal description: <br />Page of <br />201306799 <br />
