HEALTH INSURANCE: The Plaintiff shall maintain the existing health insurance coverage on the minor children during the term of the children's minority and shall pay any premiums due on health insurance and keep it in full force and effect, so long as it is available through her employment. Non - reimbursed reasonable and necessary health care costs for the minor children shall be paid by Plaintiff up to the amount of $480.00 per calendar year and any said costs in excess of $480.00 per calendar year shall be equally divided between the parties. 9. HOUSEHOLD GOODS & FURNISHINGS & PERSONAL EFFECTS: Each party shall keep the personal effects now in their respective possession. REAL PROPERTY: Plaintiff shall be granted title and sole possession of the marital home located at 2021 N. Defendant shall execute a quit claim deed granting Plaintiff his interest in the real estate. 11. MARITAL DEBT: The following marital debt shall be assumed by the parties and they shall each hold the other party harmless therefrom. It is the understanding of the parties that, should they not pay the marital debts as set forth in this agreement and cause the other party to become obligated thereon, they are disobeying the Order of this Court and a contempt action may be brought against them: a) Plaintiff shall assume the home mortgage debt in the amount of $80,000.00 and shall hold defendant harmless therefrom. b) Plaintiff shall assume the debt to Centris Federal Credit union (account number 1151965 3) in the amount of $9935.20 and hold defendant harmless therefrom.
