The parties have discussed this matter with respective counsel and have full and complete knowledge of the property acquired and the debts incurred during this marriage. The parties are desirous of settling the marital estate and the matters of custody, visitation and support of the minor child and enter into this agreement freely and voluntarily. This agreement is contingent upon the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, dissolving the marriage between the Plaintiff and the Defendant and approving this Property Settlement Agreement in full, and should either of these contingencies not be met, this entire agreement shall be rendered null and void. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. JURISDICTION: The parties hereby specifically acknowledge and submit themselves to the Hall County District Court for the present time and in the future with regard to all matters related to the subject platter and rights of the parties under this agreement. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This agreement shall become binding upon the parties and their legal representatives, successors and assigns immediately following the dissolution of the marriage provided that the provisions of this agreement are approved and adopted by the Hall County District Court. 3.
