<br />3. Article II shall hereinafter appear and read as follows:
<br />The lands of the Declarants which are hereby submitted to this DECLARATION
<br />OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR
<br />STERLING ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION are a fee simple interest in the
<br />following:
<br />Block Three (3), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Block Seven (7), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Block Eight (8), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />all as surveyed and platted and is more particularly described as recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />4. Article III, Section B, Paragraph 18, shall hereinafter appear and read as follows:
<br />18. No fences shall be constructed on any Lot within the Property, except for
<br />the privacy fence constructed along the rear lot line of:
<br />Block Seven (7), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Block Eight (8), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />5. Article V, Paragraph 7, shall hereinafter appear and read as follows:
<br />7. Monthly, quarterly or annual dues and special assessments may be levied
<br />by the Board of Directors of the Association for services provided by the Association.
<br />Except for dues and assessments levied for the maintenance and repair of the privacy
<br />fence described hereinabove in Article III, Section B, Paragraph 18, along with any
<br />liability insurance carried thereon, dues and assessments on Developed Lots within the
<br />Property shall be uniform and due and assessments on undeveloped Lots with the
<br />Property shall be uniform. Dues and assessments levied for the maintenance and repair
<br />of the privacy fence described hereinabove in Article III, Section B, Paragraph 18, along
<br />with any liability insurance carried thereon, shall be uniform and only be levied against
<br />the Owners of the following described real estate within the Property:
<br />Block Seven (7), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Block Eight (8), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
