Except as amended hereby, the Restrictive Covenants shall remain in effect and <br />shall be applicable to: (a) the lots that comprise the Subject Property; and (b) Lot Seven (7) and <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />7.
