201210371 <br /> (a) Any such agreements will not affect the amounts that Borrower has agreed to pay for�tortgage <br /> Insurance,or any other terros oFthe Loan,Such agreements will not increase the amount <br /> Borrower will owe for Mortgage Insurance,and they will not entitle Borrower to any refund. <br /> (b) Any such agreements will not affect the rights Borrower has-if any-with respect to the <br /> Mortgage Insurance uader the Homeowners Protection Act of 1998 or an,v other law. TNese righ[s <br /> may include the right to receive certain disclosures,to request and obtein cancellation of the <br /> Martgage Insurance,to have tNe Mortgage Insurance terminated automaticalty,and/or to receive <br /> a retund of any Mortgage Insurance premiums that were unearned at the time of such <br /> canceliation or terroinallon. <br /> 11. Assignmentof MiscellaneousProceeds;Forteiture.All Mixellaneous Proceeds are hercby assigned to <br /> and shall be paid to Lender. <br /> lY the Property is damaged, such Miscellaneous Proceeds shall bc applied to restoration or repair of the <br /> Property, if the restoratio�or repair is economically fcasible and Lender'S security is not lessened. TJuring <br /> such repair and restoration period,Lender shall have the right to hold such�fiscellaneous Proceeds until <br /> Lender has had an oppo�tunity to inspect such Proper[y to ensure the work has been completed to Lendcr's <br /> satisfaction,provided that such inspection shall bc undertaken promptly. If thc <br /> restoration or repair is not cconomically feasible or Lender's security would bc lesscued,the Miscellaneous <br /> Proceeds shall be applied to the sums sewred by this Securiry insWment,whether or not then due,�vith the <br /> excess,if any,paid to Borrower.
