20.208135 <br />Gift Tax Credit provision as it now exists to as it may be amended from time to time or <br />allowable tax free as a charitable gift or donation. <br />29. To execute, deliver, and acknowledge any and all documents or instruments of <br />whatever kind or character, that will accomplish or facilitate the exercise of any of the foregoing <br />powers. <br />II <br />EXCLUDED POWERS <br />30. My agent shall not exercise any incidents of ownership over any policy or policies <br />of life insurance of which I am the owner, nor shall my agent exercise any powers granted to the <br />trustee pursuant to an irrevocable trust agreement of which my agent is the grantor and I am the <br />trustee. <br />III <br />SUCCESSOR AND SUBSTITUTE AGENTS <br />31. If an "AGENT" named in this power resigns, dies or becomes unable or unwilling <br />to continue to serve, the remaining agents shall serve without the need to appoint a successor <br />agent: <br />IV <br />LIABILITY OF AGENT <br />32. My agent shall not be liable to me, my successors in interest or others for whom I <br />am responsible for any action taken or not taken if done in good faith, but shall be liable for any <br />willful misconduct or gross negligence. <br />V <br />COMPENSATION <br />33. My agent shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for services performed <br />hereunder, or if at any time I have attached to this power a schedule of fees to be paid to my <br />agent, then the attached schedule shall control the compensation to be paid to my agent from the <br />date of the attachment of said schedule. <br />VI <br />SIGNATURE BY AGENT <br />34.
