20.208135 VII NOMINATION OF CONSERVATOR AND GUARDIAN 35. I hereby appoint as conservator for my estate and as a guardian for my person the following named persons or entities in the following order: CONSERVATOR: A. Anna M. Crumrine B. Diane Krajewski and Rod Crumrine; Either shall have the full capacity to act alone without the requirement or approval of others GUARDIAN: A. Anna M. Crumrine B. Diane Krajewski and Rod Crumrine; Either shall have the full capacity to act alone without the requirement or approval of others 35.1 It is my intent that the above named persons or entities act in the capacities set forth above and in the order of appointment without formal Court order; and that they act as if a Court order had been issued by a Court of competent jurisdiction so appointing them. In the event that it is deemed necessary to obtain formal Court approval for the appointment of Conservator and Guardians as set forth above, I direct that the Court appoint the above named persons or entities as Conservator and Guardian in the order set forth above, and I ask the Court to act immediately by entering a Temporary Order of Appointment so my business and personal affairs may be attended to without interruption or delay. VIII REVOCATION OF PRIOR POWERS 36. I hereby revoke all prior Durable or General Powers of Attorney that may have been issued and executed by myself prior to this date, and I further retain the right to revoke at any time this power. 37. In the event that I should revoke this power, I must do so in the following manner: a) By the execution by me of a subsequent Durable Power of Attorney, unless said subsequent Durable Power of Attorney contains a statement to the contrary and specifically refers to this power by its date; or, b) By my execution of the form of revocation appearing at the end of this power; or, c) By the recording of my express written revocation in the county of my residence or domicile.
