<br />hypothecate, and borrow, with authority to use any shares of stock, bonds, or any other securities
<br />as collateral.
<br />13. To vote, in person or by proxy, at all meetings of shareholders of any corporation
<br />or any other business entity of whose shares I am the owner. To do each and every thing
<br />respecting such shares of stock, including the calling of meetings of directors or shareholders, or
<br />making and giving consents and ratifications, and any and every other act or thing which I might
<br />or could do if personally present.
<br />14. To purchase United States Treasury Bonds which are redeemable at par
<br />(FLOWER BONDS) in payment of federal estate taxes, and to borrow money specifically to
<br />enable the purchase of these bonds.
<br />15. To hold securities in bearer form, or in the name of a nominee, and to hold real
<br />estate and any other property in my Agent's name or in the name of a nominee.
<br />16. To enter into a lease or arrangement for the exploration and removal of minerals
<br />or other natural resources, or to enter into a pooling or unitization agreement, for terms that may
<br />be extended beyond the duration of this power.
<br />17. To enter into any kind of agreement relating to the use, development, subdivision,
<br />improvements, management, protection, preservation, partition or repair of any kind of real or
<br />personal property, tangible or intangible.
<br />18. To collect rents, disburse funds, hire professional property managers, lease (for
<br />terms that may extend beyond the duration of this power), negotiate and renegotiate leases.
<br />19. To borrow money from time to time, and to give promissory notes or other
<br />obligations therefore, and to deposit as collateral, pledge as security for the payment thereof, or
<br />mortgage, or otherwise encumber, any and all securities or any other personal or real property of
<br />whatever nature which I own or for which I am responsible.
<br />20. To make loans, secured or unsecured, in such amounts, upon such terms, with or
<br />without interest, and to any entities, corporations or persons as deemed appropriate.
<br />21. To employ accountants, attorneys, investment counsel, physicians, dentists and
<br />other persons and to pay the reasonable fees and compensation to such persons for their services.
<br />22. To give consent to or to approve on my behalf any medical or other professional
<br />care, counsel, treatment of or service to me or others that I am responsible for by any licensed or
<br />certified professional person or institution engaged in the practice of or providing a healing art. I
<br />expressly authorize any physician, hospital, and any other person or organization to release and
<br />disclose to my agent any information any of them may have concerning the condition of my
<br />health, any treatment, diagnosis, recommendation or other fact which they may have concerning
<br />my physical condition and any health care, counsel, treatment or assistance provided either
<br />before or after the execution of this Durable Power of Attorney, any privilege hereby being
<br />expressly waived as to such disclosures. This waiver shall extend to communications to my
<br />agent only and shall not be deemed to authorize release of information to other third parties and
