<br />private sale, lease, gift, exchange or in any other way, any of my real or personal property,
<br />wherever situated, on such terms as may be deemed advisable by my agent. This power shall
<br />include, without limitation, the power and authority to execute and deliver on my behalf good
<br />and sufficient deeds, bills of sale, leases, endorsements, assignments, and any other instrument
<br />necessary to convey, manage or transfer real, personal or mixed property, Actions by my agent
<br />under this paragraph may extend for a period of time beyond the duration of this power.
<br />3. To open, deposit into, withdraw from, and close bank accounts of any type or
<br />nature which are in my name or which have been opened for my benefit, or which I may be
<br />managing on behalf of anyone else; and to negotiate, endorse, or transfer any instrument with
<br />respect to any such account, To take possession of any bonds, money market certificates,
<br />certificates of deposit, stocks, or any other form of security or account and keep or transfer the
<br />same in any name or title, and deal with said property in any manner deemed advisable by my
<br />agent.
<br />4. To collect, withdraw and receive from any bank, corporate entity or other person
<br />or entity, monies, accounts or items due me or others for whom I may be responsible, from
<br />anyone, checks, orders, drafts and receipts or any other document or nature to carry out this
<br />power.
<br />5. To endorse, for accommodation or otherwise, and to assign or transfer any kind of
<br />negotiable or non-negotiable instrument.
<br />6. To have access at any time or times to any safe deposit box or boxes rented by me
<br />in my name or in the name of any other person for whom I may be responsible wherever located,
<br />and to add to or remove all or any part of the contents thereof and to surrender or relinquish said
<br />safe deposit box if my agent deems advisable; and any institution in which any such safe deposit
<br />box or boxes may be located shall incur no liability to me, my agent my estate or any other
<br />person or entity as a result of permitting my agent to exercise this power.
<br />7. To demand, collect, receive and receipt for any money, debts or any other
<br />property of any kind, whether real or personal, now or hereinafter payable, which may be due or
<br />deliverable to me or others.
<br />8. To apply for and receive government benefits of any kind for any purpose,
<br />including, but not limited to, social security benefits, disability benefits and other types of
<br />retirement benefits.
<br />9. To apply for and receive any insurance, disability and retirement benefits to
<br />which I may be entitled or for which I am responsible.
<br />10. To prosecute or defend any legal action, claim, or proceeding and to settle any
<br />claim by compromise, arbitration, or otherwise.
<br />11. To continue or participate in the operation, re-organization, merger, sale, or
<br />liquidation, of any business or other enterprise.
<br />12. To open or close any accounts with stockbrokers; to buy, sell, endorse, transfer,
