<br /> . B. DOMINANT AND SERVIPIVT ESTATES. Each easement gaated
<br />_ __ pursuant to the provisions hereof is expressly for the benefit of the Parcel of the grantea,
<br /> and the Parcel so benefited shall be the domu�ant estate and the Parcel upon which such
<br /> --- easement is located shall be the servient estote� but w}iera only a portfon thereof ia bound
<br /> -= and burdened, or benefited by a particular easement, only that portian so bound and
<br /> burdened� or benefited,as the case may be, shall be deemed to be the servient or dominant
<br /> tenement, as the case may be. Any easement grented pursuant to the provisions of this
<br /> --- Article II may be abandoned or ternuneted by execution of any ag�eement so abtindoning or
<br /> ternunating the same,by the owners of the dominant and servient estates,and receipt of any
<br /> -�_ neces�acy consents frnm respective mortgagees.
