<br /> salc or encumbrance while any sums remnin duc on thcs Note secur�d by tius Trust Deed. Should
<br /> Trostors sell or encumber any part of the subject premises or any int�rest therein to atry third
<br /> party,or enter into an agreement to sell,encumbar, or create an interest in s third person in the
<br /> Property without the consent of BeneSciary,othar tlutn the granting of a farm lease to a third
<br /> party or the granting of an oil,gas,or oth�r mineral lease on any part of the premises,or Trustors
<br /> pernait any part of the subject premises or any interest therein tq become subject to a lien of any
<br /> kind without the consent of Peneficiary,Beneficiary,at Beneficiary's option, can declare the
<br />— entire indebtedness remaining due and unp�id secural hereb�immediately due and p.m��able,and
<br /> - exercise any remedics available under th�provisions of this'frust Deed. This provi�'scan shall not
