<br /> 4. Environmental�qmpliance. Trustors shall comply with all federal,state and local
<br /> en�r.e�nmental laws,ordinances, rules, requirements,regularions and publications as now existing
<br /> - -� or hereafter existing,amended, supplemented or supplanted relating to the preservation of the -
<br /> — environment ar the regulation or control of toxic or hazardous substances or materiats. Trustors
<br /> hereby warrant and represent to Beneficiary that there are no toxic or har,ardous substances or
<br /> �►aterials on or wtder the Property. Trustors do hereby inde�nnify and hold Benaficiary haxmless
<br /> and any successors to Bcneficiary's interest from and agsir�st any and all clairns,damages,losses
<br /> end liabilities ar.�sing in connection with the presence,use,disposal or transport of eny subatance
