<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner be and he hereby is awarded the
<br /> permanent care, custody and control of the three (3) minor children of the parties, namely
<br /> Chelsea Marie Ellinghausen, born February 17, 1991; Aaron Adolph Ellinghausen,born April 18,
<br /> 1992; Brandon James Ellinghausen, born August 18, 1993, subject to reasonable rights of
<br /> visitation on the part of the Respondent.
<br /> The Respondent be and she hereby is awarded the permanent cai�e, custody and control
<br /> of the one (1) minor child of the parties, namely Courtney Ann Ellinghausen, born August 17,
<br /> 1994, subject to reasonable rights of visitation on the part of the Petitioner.
<br /> No child support is ordered payable at this time.
<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the property settlement and custody agreement
<br /> previously entered into by the parties on the .��day of ��, . , 1995, which has been
<br /> examined by the Court and found by the Court to be fair and reasonable and not unconscionable
<br /> shall be and it hereby is approved; the property, whether real, personal, or mixed set over in said
<br /> property settlement and custody agreement, shall be and it hereby is set over unto the respective
<br /> parties and each of the parties shall be and hereby is ordered and directed to carry out the terms
<br /> of the said property settlement and custody agreement, a copy of which is attached to this Decree
