The parties are the parents of four (4) minor children, the custody and welfare is <br /> affected by these proceedings, to-wit: Chelsea Marie Ellinghausen, born February 17, 1991; <br /> Aaron Adolph Ellinghausen, born April 18, 1992; Brandon James Ellinghausen, born August 18, <br /> 1993; and Courtney Ann Ellinghausen, born August 17, 1994. <br /> The Court finds, pursuant to the sdpulation of the parties, that the Petitioner is a fit and <br /> proper person to be awarded the permanent care, custody and control of the three (3) minor <br /> children of the parties, subject to the Respondent's rights of reasonable visitation as more fully <br /> set out in the parties' property settlement and custody agreement. <br /> The Court finds, pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, that the Respondent is a fit and <br /> proper person to be awarded the permanent care, custody and control of the one (1) minor child <br /> of the parties, subject to the Petitioner's rights of reasonable visitation as more fully set out in <br /> the parties' property settlement and custody agreement. <br /> 9. Pursuant to the child support guidelines, the Respondent would owe� �y C> <br /> per month, but no child support will be ordered to be paid at this time. <br /> 10. The Court finds that the parties, during the course of the marriage have accumulated <br /> certain items of real and personal property and have incurred certain debts and obligations and <br /> that a fair and reasonable division of this property and the debts and obligations has been made <br /> by the parties in a property settlement and custody agreement dated the �v day of <br /> .��'��� , 1995. The Court has examined the parties' property settlement and custody <br /> agreement, finds the same to be not unconscionable and each party shall be ordered and directed <br /> to carry out the terms of the property settlement and custody agreement, a copy of which is <br /> attached to this decree and incorporated herein with the same full force and effect as if all terms <br /> of the property settlement and custody agreement were set forth separately in this Decree in their <br /> entirety. <br /> IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this <br /> marriage of Tanja J. Ellinghausen and Ronald D. Ellinghausen, which marriage was entered into <br /> on the 8th day of September, 1990, in Rural Scribner, Dodge County, Nebraska, is hereby <br /> dissolved; that this Decree shall become �nal and operative, except for the purpose of review by <br /> appeal, without any further action of the Court on (a) the date of death of one of the parties to <br />
