Ensz, District Judge, Cuming County, Nebraska, on the Petition of the <br /> Petitioner, and the evidence relative thereto. <br /> Petitioner appeared personally and with his attorney,John D. Feller. Respondent appeared <br /> personally. <br /> Hearing was had, evidence adduced, and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, <br /> finds as follows: <br /> 1. The parties have been residents of the state of Nebraska for more than one year prior <br /> to the filing of the Petition for Dissoludon of Marriage. <br /> 2. The Pedtion for Dissolution of Marriage was filed on the 14th day of June, 1995, and <br /> the Respondent was served with summons in said action on the 23rd day of June, 1995. The <br /> Court �inds, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §42-363, that more than 60 days have passed since the <br /> perfection of service of process upon the Respondent. <br /> 3. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties hereto and the subject matter of this action. <br /> 4. No other actions are pending for divorce,separation or dissolution of marriage either <br /> in this state or elsewhere, save and except the matter presently before the Court. <br /> 5. Neither party is a member of the armed forces of the United States of America or its <br /> allies nor has either party been ordered for induction therein. <br /> 6. The parties were lawfully ma�•ried on the 8th day of September, 1990, in Rural <br /> Scribner, Dodge County, Nebraska. <br /> 7. The marriage of the Petitioner and the Respondent is irretrievably broken; reasonable <br /> Lot Six (6) , Weber Subdivision, City of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska <br />
