<br />20000454 <br /> <br />Chairman Hartman presented employee recognition awards to County Attorney Jerry <br />Janulewicz for 15 years ~d to Margaret Landis. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Hartman called for public participation but no <br />one responded. <br /> <br />DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON ADVISORY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION <br />FOR CAMPBELL AVENUE RURAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT: The advisory <br />committee met August 31, 2000 and made the following recommendations: <br />1. Hire an engineer to prepare engineering plans, bid documents, obtain bids and to <br />assist the Advisory Committee in planning assessments for the district property owners. <br /> <br />2. Hire a bond counsel for issuance of improvement bonds. <br /> <br />3. That the Hall County Highway Department do the necessary road preparation work <br />at no cost to the district property owners. <br /> <br />4. That the engineering plan include blacktopping driveway entrances back to the <br />easement line and/or to match up with existing concrete entrances that end at the <br />property line. <br /> <br />Logan made a motion and Jeffries seconded to accept the recommendations and <br />proceed with the project. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and <br />Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />ALL TEL: Lancaster made a motion and Jeffries seconded to open the public hearing for <br />the renewal of the conditional use permit for Allte!. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston Jeffries, <br />Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chairman Hartman called for public response and Max Boersen stated that this is a <br />renewal of the permit for 20 years. County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated that he <br />has added to the resolution jtem #8 that in the event that the tower is not used for 365 <br />consecutive days it shall be deemed abandoned and the tower owner shall remove the <br />same. <br /> <br />Landis made a motion and Jeffries seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, <br />Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz presented the resolution granting the conditional use <br />permit for Allte!. Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to approve Resolution <br />#00-0092 Granting the Application for a conditional Use Permit for Allte!. Arnold, <br />Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br />
