<br />F 20000299 <br /> <br />abutting upon the unpaved portion of Campbell A venue running north from Platte River Road to the existing <br /> <br />paving commencing at or about the south lot line of Lot 1, Amick Acres Second Subdivision, and Stub Street as <br /> <br />intersecting with such portion of Campbell Avenue (including cuI de sac). <br /> <br />After discussion, Supervisor _Jeffries <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />proposed it for adoption as a proposed resolution under the terms of the Rural Road Improvement District Act: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />#00-0055 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of The County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Board of Supervisors hereby fmds and determines that there has been placed on file <br /> <br />with the County Clerk a petition requesting that Campbell A venue from Platte River Road north to the existing <br /> <br />paving which ends at or near the south lot line of Lot 1 Amick Acres Second Subdivision and Stub Street as <br /> <br />intersecting with Campbell Avenue be improved by asphalt paving; that such petition has been signed by <br /> <br />persons owning not less than 25% by area of the district established in Section 2 of this resolution; that it is <br /> <br />necessary and advisable that that road improvements be constructed as provided in this resolution <br /> <br />Section 2. Pursuant to the Rural Road Improvement District Act (Sections 39-1638 to 39-1655, <br /> <br />R.R.S. Neb. 1998, as amended), there is hereby established Rural Road Improvement District No. 2000-1 of <br /> <br />Hall County, Nebraska, the outer boundaries of which shall include the following described lots and tracts of <br /> <br />land together with the streets to be improved as described below in this Section 2: <br /> <br />Lots 20 through 36, inclusive, Amick Acres <br />Lots 12 through 19, inclusive, Amick Acres Second Subdivision <br />Lake Lot 9 and Lots 10 through 16, inclusive, Pine View Subdivision <br />Lots 14 through 17, inclusive, Pioneer Acres Subdivision <br /> <br />Such properties represent all of the lots and lands abutting on the streets to be improved and special assessments <br /> <br />are proposed to be levied against such properties for purposes of paying the costs of the road improvements to <br /> <br />be constructed as described in this resolution. None of such properties is located within the corporate limits of <br /> <br />any city or village of the County. The roads to be improved within such district are Campbell A venue from its <br /> <br />intersection with Platte River Road north to the existing paving commencing at or about the south lot line of <br /> <br />Lot 1, Amick Acres Second Subdivision, and Stub Street as intersecting with such portion of Campbell Avenue <br /> <br />(including cuI de sac). Such streets shall be improved by hard surface asphalt paving. Both of such roads <br /> <br />constitute existing roads on the road and street map of the County. A rough estimate of the cost of such <br /> <br />improvements as prepared by the Hall County Highway Department is ~. $ 58,500.00 <br />
