r-20000JOO Section 3. The proposed method of financing for the improvements in such district is ~e issuance of warrants to provide temporary financing with bonds to be issued to fund such warrants and pay the balance of the costs remaining unpaid after the levying of special assessments. Special assessments levied upon benefited properties shall constitute a sinking fund for the payment of such bonds With general taxes being levied to pay any deficiency on the amount required to fully pay the principal and interest of such bonds as the same fall due. Section 4. This resolution shall be in force and effect from and after its adoption. ADOPTED this _13_ day of_June_, 2000. The resolution for the creation of Rural Road Improvement District 2000-1 is hereby proposed for adoption. Section 2.
