CAMPBELL AVENUE PROJECT ACCEPT AND PLACE ON FILE PETITION FOR <br />RURAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND ADOPT RESOLUTION PROPOSING <br />THE CREATION OF RURAL ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT #2000-1 OF HALL <br />COUNTY NEBRASKA: The petition requesting this road improvement district was filed in <br />the County Clerk's office May 23, 2000 and the signatures were verified that 25% of the <br />signers lived in the proposed district. The county board will need to adopt the resolution <br />and proceed with the public hearing. Jeffries made a motion and Lancaster seconded to <br />accept and place on file the petition requesting the Rural Road Improvement District and <br />to set the public hearing for July 11,2000 at 10:30 a.m. Arnold, Hartman, Humiston, <br />Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. OF HALL, IN THE STATE OF NEBRASKA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of The County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, was <br /> <br />convened in open and public session at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on June 13,2000, in the County Supervisors' Meeting <br /> <br />Room, at Hall County Administration Building, Court and Pine Streets, Grand Island, Nebraska.
