<br />F 20000137 <br /> <br />7. HANDI BUS BUDGET - MARRIANNE MANNING PRESENTATION OF BUDGET: <br />Lois Stineke and Marianne Manning presented the board with copies of information on <br />the cab ticket program. The 2000-2001 budget was presented and the application for <br />the funds will need to be sent to the state by April 1. This year the purchase of a new <br />bus is included in the total budget. Stelk questioned the amount that was included in the <br />1999-2000 budget. The total budget should have been $39,658.50. Discussion was <br />held on the services provided to Capital Heights and Kuester's Lake area. Landis made <br />a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the 2000-2001 budget for the Handi-Bus. <br />Landis amended her motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the application for a handi <br />bus. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6b. PUBLIC HEARING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR WERNER <br />CONSTRUCTION; Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to open the public <br />hearing. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br />Regional Planning Director Chad Nabity stated that this is a renewal for the sand and <br />gravel-pumping permit. The conditional use committee recommended to approve the <br />permit and to combine the permits into one permit because the land is contiguous. <br /> <br />Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, <br />Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Jeffries made a motion and Logan seconded to approve the Resolution # 00-0025 for <br />the conditional use permit for sand and gravel pumping for Werner Construction and to <br />combine the permits into one permit. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no.
