APPROVE BID SPECIFICATIONS AND SET BID OPENING FOR JANITORIAL <br />SERVICES: The contract for the janitorial services will expire and Deputy County <br />Attorney Jerry Janulewicz prepared the bid specifications. Jeffries made a motion and <br />Stelk seconded to set the bid opening for April 11,2000. Discussion was held on how <br />the janitorial services were bid on the health department building. If the department <br />would move this would affect the contract. It was suggested that this matter should be <br />addressed in the specifications and the services could be bid by the square foot. Jeffries <br />withdrew his motion and Stelk withdrew her second. Jeffries made a motion and Stelk <br />seconded to table this matter until the March 28 meeting. <br /> <br />11. DISCUSS AND APPROVE VENDING SERVICE CONTRACTS: Board Assistant <br />Stacey Ruzicka stated she has negotiated with the current vending supplies to renew the <br />contracts for two more years. Stelk made a motion and Jeffries seconded to approve <br />the contracts with Cocoa Cola, Pepsi Bottling and WS Vending & Dining Service for two <br />years. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />10. INFORMATION FROM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Lancaster requested to table <br />this matter. <br />
