Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, <br />Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />16 COMMENCE AUDIT OF BI-WEEKL Y SALARY CLAIMS AND REGULAR CLAIMS AND <br />ACTION ON CLAIM AUDIT - The board members reviewed the claims and Logan made a <br />motion and Jeffries seconded to approve the claims as audited. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, <br />Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee met and reviewed the bids for the asphalt projects. Jeffries <br />made a motion and Hartman seconded to accept the bid for asphalt from Gary Smith <br />Construction in the amount of $168,202.70, contingent with the Public Works Director checking <br />the extensions and also to authorize the chair to sign the contracts. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, <br />Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee met and reviewed the bids for the box culverts. Jeffries made a <br />motion and Hartman seconded to accept the bid for box culverts from Diamond Engineering for <br />$107,428.65 contingent with the Public Works Director checking the extension and also to <br />authorize the chair to sign the contract. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster and Logan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br />
