<br />Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />(200204B8 <br /> <br />Proposition <br /> <br />Shall the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska be authorized to levy an <br />annual tax of not more than three-tenths of one cent on each one hundred dollars upon the <br />taxable value of all the taxable property in the county for the purpose of establishing a fund to be <br />used by the Hall County Historical Society, a nonprofit county historical society, for the <br />establishment, management, and purchase of exhibits, equipment, and other personal and real <br />property and maintenance thereof, including the construction and improvement of necessary <br />buildings? <br /> <br />For said levy 0 <br />Against said levy 0 <br /> <br />A vote "FOR" this proposition would authorize the Hall County Board of Supervisors to <br />implement a separate levy for the support of the Hall County Historical Society. The levy would <br />provide funding for the educational and historic preservation programs, activities, and general <br />operations of the Hall County Historical Society, and the acquisition, management, and <br />maintenance of historic properties owned by the society. <br /> <br />A vote "AGAINST" this proposition would not allow the Hall County Board of Supervisors the <br />authority to implement a separate levy for the support of the educational programs, activities, <br />operations, and the acquisition, management, and maintenance of historic properties of the Hall <br />County Historical Society. <br />
