f 03/:192 Arnold seconded to authorize the chair to sign the agreement and approve Resolution #03-0053 approving the interlocal agreement with the Nebraska State Patrol and Central Nebraska Drug Court. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. RESOLUTION #03- 0053 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE NEBRASKA STATE PATROL FOR CENTRAL NEBRASKA DRUG COURT NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the County Board of Supervisors of Ban County Nebraska hereby approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agyeement between the Nebraska State Patrol and the County of Ban for the provision of "Methamphetamine Drug Hot Spots" gyant funds in the amount of $42,500 for use by the Central Nebraska Drug Court for the purposes stated in the Interlocal Cooperation Agyeement. The County Board Chairman is authorized and directed to execute the same in the name of and on behalf of the County of Ban. All funds 'received pursuant to said agreement shall be utilized and disbursed pursuant to the terms of the Interlocal Agyeement.
