<br />---- <br /> <br />r- 03291. <br />~ <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the above described transfers shall be subject to <br />the following conditions, restrictions, and limitations: <br /> <br />1. Survey And Changes In Descriptions And Parcels. The above description of <br />land is approximate and intended to describe only the general area to be <br />conveyed to CPNRD. CPNRD shall furnish a perimeter survey of said parcel <br />to the Hall County Board of Supervisors. The Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors and the CAAP Reuse Committee may require changes to any <br />parcel description, boundary, or dimensions or require designations of <br />easements as necessary to accommodate the needs of the County of Hall or <br />the CAAP Reuse Committee. <br /> <br />2. Abandonment Of Designation. The County of Hall may rescind and cancel <br />this designation in whole or in part if the designation is abandoned by <br />CPNRD. <br /> <br />3. Transfer And Assignments. This designation ofCPNRD as transferee shall <br />not be assigned or transferred by CPNRD except with written prior consent of <br />the Hall County Board of Supervisors. <br /> <br />4. Obligations To Inform County. CPNRD shall inform the Hall County Board <br />in a timely manner of activities and communications between CPNRD and the <br />Department of the Army relative to the conveyance of the above properties. <br /> <br />5. Amendments. The terms of this resolution may be modified or amended upon <br />written agreement of the County and CPNRD. <br /> <br />6. Use Of Property. CPNRD shall use the aforesaid property in a manner <br />consistent with the CAAP Reuse Committee's Comprehensive Reuse Plan. <br /> <br />7. Previous Designations and Conveyances.
