A motion was made by Eriksen, and seconded by Jeffries to <br />approve the sale of the above tracts. Arnold, Eriksen, Hartman, Humiston, Jeffries, <br />Lancaster and Rye all voted yes and none voted no Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-030 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SALE OF TRACT # 21, 43 AND 45 AT <br />THE CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public Law 103-337, sec. 2836 authorizes the Secretary of the Army <br />to convey to the Hall County Nebraska Board of Supervisors or its designee all right, title <br />and interest of the United States in and to the real property that is the site of the <br />Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant, hereinafter referred to as "CHAAP," for fair <br />market value, said property to be used in a manner consistent with the CHAAP Reuse <br />Committee's Comprehensive Reuse Plan, hereinafter referred to as the "Reuse Plan"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 30, 2003, the Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant Reuse <br />Committee adopted a motion recommending that the following described property be <br />sold by the Army Corps of Engineers to the highest bidder(s) by public sale, to wit: <br /> <br />Tract numbers 21, 43, and 45 as depicted in exhibit "A," attached hereto; <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, the Hall County Board of Supervisors <br />hereby requests that the above described property be sold to the highest <br />bidder or bidders by competitive public sales conducted by the United States <br />Army Corps of Engineers, said property to be used in a manner or manners <br />consistent with this resolution and the Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant <br />Reuse Plan. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that said parcels be surveyed by the County with <br />the cost of said survey charged by the Corps of Engineers to the purchasers of said <br />parcels. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that said parcels be sold subject to easements, <br />restrictions, and grants of right-of-way of record and such easements, restrictions, and <br /> <br />10 <br />
