9. 16.COUNTY TREASURER —A) place on file County Treasurer's report of 2024, <br /> 2024 & prior delinquent personal property taxes and 2025 accelerated 2024 & prior <br /> delinquent real property taxes <br /> 16 B) placed on file the settlement of the Hall County Treasurer with the Hall <br /> County Board <br /> 10.17.County Clerk — Discussion & possible action to approve special designated <br /> liquor license for Hy-vee for Husker Harvest days September 14, 15, & 16 <br /> 11.18 Approved the biweekly pay claims <br /> 12.21 Placed on file the quarterly Household Library card report <br /> 13.22 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 14.23 Communications none on file <br /> 15.Discussion was held on the request to extend the lease on the farm property on <br /> South Locust and Bredthauer noted that the county pays taxes on the property because <br /> it is leased. The annual lease is $6,610.00 and the county pays taxes in the amount of <br /> $12,309.57. This would be a 10-year lease and it needs to be reviewed to make sure <br /> we are following state statute. <br /> Quandt requested that they pull the regular claims for discussion. <br /> The vote on the consent agenda was held. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, <br /> Quandt, and Richardson all voted yes and no one voted no. Sorensen ws not present, <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2 <br />
