Hurst, Lancaster, Peterso and Richardson all voted yes and Bredthauer and <br /> Quandt voted no. Sorensen was not present. Motin carried. <br /> 8.FACILITIES —A) PRESENTATION FROM GARLAND COMPANY REGARDING <br /> ROOF INSPECTIONS - Keithan Karn with the Garland Company gave a power point <br /> presentation. They address roof systems repair restoration or replacement, they <br /> address decks and parking lots and help provide preventive maintenance services. He <br /> is out of Elkhorn Nebraska. They work to keep water out of buildings and work with <br /> local contractors. They address the best options, and he explained the nuclear scan <br /> analysis. They work with contractors and follow the work progress. <br /> Loren wanted to bring the to the board to explain what they do. The cost of looking at <br /> the building roofs is $2,300. Loren can make the decision, it sounds like a good project <br /> 6.DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING MOU FOR ASSISTANCE TO <br /> INVESTIGATE TERRORISM CASES - Couth Sheriff Joh Berlie said he was contacted <br /> by the local special agent with the FBI regarding this MOU. He wanted to make the <br /> board aware of this. If they ask for assistance this would allow them to be authorized to <br /> receive the classified information. They could ask for help now but are authorized. This <br /> will be in place and used as needed. They would also be able to address large cases. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the MOU for assistance to <br /> investigate cases. Bredthauer, Hust, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt and Richardson all <br /> voted yes and no one voted no. Sorensen was absent. Motion carried. <br /> 4 <br />
