Pub e 12 <br /> Collections Committee <br /> Megan Sharp gave report. <br /> Joel has been cleaning the back of Farm Machinery to make room to house the people movers.Megan <br /> and Kylie performed a refresh to various sites in Rail Road Town removing items and replacing them with <br /> other items from our collection.Tours of the Collections Building will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays <br /> at 1:00 pm. <br /> Deaccession and Disposition <br /> Motion made by Lisa Thayer and seconded by Susan Hageman to approve the 214 items presented on the <br /> April-May 2026 Deaccession List:auction(58 items),destruction(109 items),and transfer(47 items). <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Education Committee <br /> Selena Lukasiewicz gave report. <br /> The Education Department is preparing for Summer Adventures. <br /> FOUNDATION REPORT <br /> Bonnie Smith gave report. <br /> The Foundation has received 144 Summer Adventures scholarship applications.
