RESOLUTION # /Q <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN APPLICATION FOR THE CONDITIONAL USE OF A TRACT OF <br /> LAND LOCATED IN WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Platte Valley Wood Resources, L.L.C., hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Applicant," is the owner of a 21.96-acre tract of land located in part of the Southeast <br /> Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Thirteen (13),Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11)West <br /> of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; Or more particularly described as: <br /> Lot One (1) Woodhaven, and A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast 1/4(SE1/4) o, <br /> Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range (11)west of the 6th P.M., Hall <br /> County, Nebraska. More particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast <br /> corner of said SE 1/4; thence N 00°06'14" E n and upon the east line of said SE 1/4 a distance <br /> of 578.68 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89°55'50"W, a chord length of 762.08 <br /> feet, and an arc length of 846.47 feet;thence N 00°04'17" E a distance of 455.00 feet; <br /> thence S89°34'36" E a distance of 104.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a <br /> radius of 3,470.00 feet, a chord bearing of S 53°02'10" E , a chord length of 839.65 feet, and <br /> an arc length of 541.71 feet; thence S 82°33'09" E a distance of 640.00 feet to a point on <br /> the east line of said SE '/4;thence S 00°06'14"W, on and upon the east line of said SE 1/4 a <br /> distance of 407.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 18.567 acres more or <br /> less, of which 0.310 are occupied by the County Road right—of-way. <br /> WHEREAS, Applicant has made its written application for a permit to use the above- <br /> described Property for the operation of a construction and demolition waste disposal area; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, said Property is located within the AG-SI Special Agriculture/Industrial <br /> Zoning District; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 21, 2026, following due and proper notice, the Hall County <br /> Board of Commissioners held a Public Hearing on said application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description for this resolution is provided by the applicant; and <br /> WHEREAS, the county board considered the information provided by the applicant <br /> to be true and accurate; and <br /> WHEREAS, any inaccuracies in the legal description or description of activities are <br /> the responsibility of the applicant; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Hall County's Zoning Resolution, the Hall County Board of <br /> Commissioners is empowered to grant an application for Conditional Use upon a <br />
