They may need to address the <br /> structure. <br /> Quandt said this is a needed service and needs to look at this. <br /> Peterson said there are no decisions today we need to look at all of our options and to <br /> continue to operate as we are. We may not need to make any transition until March <br /> and address this during budget time. They also need to look at the contract with the <br /> current carrier and look at keeping the contract. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to close the public hearing for Hall <br /> County Transit. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 6 B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING COUNTY TRANSIT— <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to work with the County Attorney <br /> regarding the contract for transit services and see what the options could be moving <br /> forward. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all <br /> voted yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 7.10:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR SYCAMORES AT PRAIRIE CREEK 2ND SUB <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to open the public hearing. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Regional Planning Director Chad Nabity provided information to the board. At the <br /> regular meeting of the Planning Commission on June 3, 2026, the request was <br /> considered. They are requesting to rezone 47.34 acres from A-2 secondar agricultural <br /> zone and the Planned Unit Development PUD to a new PUD. There was a building site <br /> and they decided to sell the site to Sycamores at Prairie Creek. Chad noted it will make <br /> the PUD a nicer shape and increase the minimum lot size up to20,000 square feet. <br /> There is an amended subdivision agreement and a Resolution for the new plat. The <br /> Regional Planning Commission held a public hearing and has recommended approval. <br /> Bredthauer noted on page 4 of the subdivision agreement regarding the engineering <br /> and suggested that they should add the Public Works Director and the County Engineer. <br /> Mr. Nabity said that he agrees and they can make that change. He will do that and <br /> bring it back. <br /> Bredthauer also questioned if there will be culverts under the driveways to the lots. <br /> Chad said he will leave that up to the developers. Mr. Stanton said that all the lots have <br /> been elevated with fill and the runoff will drain back. It will drain into the pond and if the <br /> 7 <br />
