Motion carried. <br /> 8b) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN <br /> SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT SYCAMORES AT PRAIRIE CREEK NO.2 SUBDIVISION <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Sorensen seconded to authorize the chair to sign the <br /> subdivision agreement for Sycamores at Prairie Creed No. 2 Subdivision with the 2 <br /> revisions to add County Surveyor and Public Works Department on page 4 <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS - Bredthauer noted that there was new legislation <br /> regarding conditional use permits. She noted that the county does require that data <br /> centers obtain a conditional use permit that is approved by the board. Some counties <br /> are currently noting concerns and are approving a resolution regarding the data centers. <br /> The data centers must be located to a high voltage power lines and NPPD is currently <br /> providing power for one. Ther is a lot that goes into these centers and LB 663 provides <br /> that you must have findings of fact in order to deny a permit, there has to be specific <br /> reasons and not just because people object to the location. <br /> Lancaster noted that that in the past there have been facts regarding the conditional use <br /> permits and various conditions were addressed. <br /> 8A) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION #26-017 <br /> APPROVING THE REZONING AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND FINAL <br /> SUBDIVSIONN PLAT &AMENDING THE EXISTING PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN — <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve Resolution 26-017 <br /> approve the rezoning and final development plan and final subdivision plat and amend <br /> the existing PUD development plan. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 8 <br />
