To repair the fan coils you must remove the ceilings on the first floor and second floor. <br /> The estimated cost is about $50,000 to $60,000. <br /> Loren said he talked to Bunny and they were in favor of moving staff around. <br /> Discussion was held on how long it will take. Loren said he is not sure and he also has <br /> concerns about what is behind the walls. <br /> Lancaster ask if this would affect the heat in the winter and ask if it would work to do the <br /> repairs in the fall. <br /> Quandt ask if they could leave the old lines in and just run new lines. <br /> Peterson suggested to wait until fall and come up with a plan on how to proceed. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Sorensen seconded to move forward with a plan for the <br /> work on the County Attorney building and address the repairs in the fall. Bredthauer, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Richardson was not present. Motion carried. <br /> FACILITIES UPDATE - Loren said that there was minimal damage at the park just a lot <br /> of small branches. He said that Dustin and Jenna do a very good job keeping the trees <br /> trimmed. <br /> Quandt thanked Loren for planting the tree. <br /> 4.9:30 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR KGI <br /> WIRELESS/VERIZON WIRELESS FOR A TOWER — Quandt made a motion and <br /> Lancaster seconded to open the public hearing for KGI Wireless. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. <br /> Richardson was not present. Motion carried. <br /> Loren Humphrey said this is a request for a new tower and ground equipment to provide <br /> wireless coverage and services. It is located at 1660 W. Lepin Road, south of <br /> Doniphan. He said notices were sent regarding the public hearing and there were no <br /> issues. They will be leasing space on the tower. <br /> Chris Munson with KGI Wireless was present if there are any questions. <br /> Chair Peterson called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to close the public hearing. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and Sorensen all voted yes and no <br /> one voted no.
