Pa I <br /> Revenue: increases seen in revenue for admissions and gallery sales can be attributed to Wings Over the <br /> Platte. Membership revenue in line with budget. Education revenue is down year to date. <br /> Expenses: expenses were less than the previous year. It was noted the expenses listed under"Gallery <br /> Sales"were for the prizes awarded to for Wings Over the Platte. <br /> It was noted the Finance Committee reviewed and approved the check registers for March 2026. <br /> Buildings and Grounds Committee <br /> Susan Hageman and Bryan Roberts gave report. <br /> Interior painting of the church has been completed,however,the painters will need to be called back to <br /> give additional attention to some areas where the work performed was deemed unsatisfactory. <br /> Bryan Roberts reported work is being performed to the well that services the sprinkler system in the area <br /> of the Taylor House. <br /> Collections Committee <br /> No report given.The Collections Committee meets every other month,they did not meet during the <br /> month of April,but is scheduled to meet in May. <br /> Education Committee <br /> Chris Hochstetler gave report. <br /> Field Trips continue to keep the department busy at times requiring Emily and Emma to teach. <br /> FOUNDATION REPORT <br /> Bonnie Smith gave report.Go Big Give is May 7`h,2026. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT <br /> Mr.Hochstetler gave a brief recap of his report highlighting the increases in admissions and revenue. <br /> Work continues in preparation for the 250th celebration to be held on grounds on July 4`n <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Mr.Maser adjourned the meeting at 7:55 a.m. <br /> Respectfully recorded by <br /> Dustin Butler, Business Controller <br />
