Bredhauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, Richardson and Sorensen all <br /> voted yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Weed Superntendent Rob Schultz was present and distributed information to the board <br /> members he reviewed he background about the office and the history. He read a letter <br /> on the information. <br /> Peterson called for any other comments. <br /> Chad Gideon a Weed Board Member, requested to address the board and he also read <br /> a statement supporting the weed control authority board. <br /> Ron noted that there are problems finding people to serve on the board and this is a <br /> driving force regarding the continuation of the weed board. <br /> Chad said he is reaching out to people. He is passionate about the weed board and <br /> addressing noxious weeds. He expressed concern that the board members may not <br /> have the time to go out in the county and address the noxious weeds. He feels they <br /> can get some members to serve on the weed board. <br /> Hurst said these people know what they are talking about and he would not know one <br /> weed from another. <br /> Chair Peterson called for any other comments. He called for a motion to close the <br /> public hearing. <br />
