Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Richardson reminded everyone to <br /> remember "Go Big Give" starts May 7th <br /> Bredthauer reported she attended the Stuhr Museum meeting and they are looking at <br /> repairing the siding on the church and replacing some concrete. They have 500 <br /> children registered for the summer activities. She reminded the board that July 4th will <br /> be the 250th anniversary of the US and there will be a celebration at Stuhr including <br /> fireworks. They also held the safety meeting, these are required by NIRMA. She also <br /> attended the College Pak meeting and are discussing selling the additional property. <br /> Currently it will bringing $10.00 to $13.00 a square foot. There is consideration for a <br /> gas station or a strip mall. <br /> Sorensen gave an update for the road department. The quote for the paint was <br /> approved and noted that the cost of paint has gone up. They have been talking to the <br /> City regarding some joint road projects. The crews are out hauling gravel. <br /> Peterson reported he attended the Senior Citizens meeting and they are still looking for <br /> board members. They usually meet once a month. <br /> 4.9:30 a.m. PRESENTATION BY HORNADY MANUFACTURING — Steve Hornady <br /> introduce Neal Davis marketing director for Hornady. He said they are aware of the <br /> disaster relief efforts for western Nebraska and he contacted the Nebraska Cattlemen's <br /> Association asking if they could help. He wanted to pass information to the board and <br /> public. They are selling shirts and the proceeds will go to the disaster relief efforts. <br /> They distributed shirts to the board members. <br /> 4 <br />
