Marc stated yes, there's approximately 46 of us. <br /> This would allow us to expand to about 60 individuals. So that's good because we <br /> just continue to grow too as well as adding on different programs <br /> Marc stated right now with Hall and Buffalo County, we have just fluctuate. We're <br /> about 80 employees with the district 9 state probation. <br /> So, that includes all the problem-solving courts. That's also includes some county <br /> employees that we have that the central Nebraska drug court. <br /> Richardson stated that this does not include HVAC, she questioned what that <br /> might would cost. <br /> Loren went over some of the duct work and stated it would be a large cost. <br /> Richardson asked if there was any way to re-configure the Plaza building to make <br /> space. <br /> Loren stated they would have to look into that, if we eliminated a lot of walls in the <br /> building, pretty much a total remodel. Would have to reorganize the entrance for <br /> security. <br /> Marc stated they are on top of each other now but they manage, he mentioned <br /> they have one restroom in that building and which they have to share for all the <br /> drug testing which can be 100 to 200 people a day, so his staff usually walks <br /> across the parking lot to use the restroom at DHS. So that would be another issue <br /> they would have to look at if kept in plaza building. <br /> Discussion was held regarding moving county Attorneys' s and getting rid of that <br /> building and moving people around to fit and utilizing the annex building, nothing <br /> was decided on they are going to look into it more and try to come up with a plan <br /> that makes sense. <br /> 9A- FACILITIES —A) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING COURT <br /> HOUSE FURNITURE-Loren Humphrey stated last time he brought this up he <br /> mentioned custom furniture and normally that means more expensive but not in <br /> this case, these are inmates that build this furniture out of wood and good quality <br /> and a lot cheaper than Eakes for any place like that, Judge Lee got one made and <br /> only paid $1,400.00 they are solid wood with laminate on top.
