Vavricek stated Drew Synder with Woodsonia was here and, I thought it'd be <br /> important for you to go ahead and be aware of what's proposed there because when <br /> you look at the amount of jobs that it will support, the amount of property valuation that it <br /> will go ahead and promote, when you look at the potential for tourism and for increased <br /> lodging taxes that will also benefit Hall County, once again, you have a big stake in the <br /> success of this as it goes forward, and with respect to your leadership, wanted to <br /> introduce to you Drew Snyder to give you an overview. <br /> Drew Snyder and Mitch Holland with Woodsonia came forward Drew stated he just <br /> wanted to update them on the Goodlife district he discussed some plans for the <br /> veterans complex and aquatics center and sports complex. The state granted the <br /> funding but the city has approval rights. This has been talked about a couple years now <br /> and would like to see move forward. <br /> 4 9:30 a.m. PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE APPLICATION FROM PLATTE <br /> VALLEY WOOD RESOURCES, LLC FOR RECYCLING GRASS AND MULCH <br /> PRODUCTION AND COMPOSTING OF GREEN WASTE. Quandt made a motion, <br /> Lancaster seconded the motion to go into the Public Hearing. <br />
