Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION — chair Peterson called for public participation and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 9. COUNTY ATTORNEY — a) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON VANGUARD <br /> CONTRACT ADDENDUM —this is what was proposed for the final payment. Then this <br /> will be completed Sarah noted that there is a no disparity claim. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Sorensen seconded to approve the Vanguard addendum <br /> and authorize the chair to sign. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> b) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION FOR ADVERTISING EXPENSES FOR JDAI <br /> COORDINATOR POSITION — County Attorney Marty Klein was present asking about <br /> the advertising for the JDAI Coordinator. He is proposing to advertise Sunday and <br /> Wednesday papers and the 30 days on line advertising. It would be about $1,500.00 for <br /> the advertising. <br /> Stacey provide information that there will be excess dollars in the approved budget that <br /> will be available. Marty said he was not aware that there would be enough dollars. He <br /> would like to be able to take the dollars out of the proposed budget. <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Sorensen seconded to advertise for the JDAI <br /> coordinator position from the original budget. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 14. FACILITIES — UPDATE <br /> B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON CUSTODIAL SERVICES — Mr. Humphrey <br /> stated that last week was a rough week and had considered to end the contact but after <br /> talking to them and what they have done so far me reconsidered.
