PRESENTATION ON HALL COUNTY FAIR FOR THE WATERMELON CONTEST <br /> Corby Flagle with the Hall County Fair was present along with his Marketing Director. <br /> They highlighted some of the upcoming events at the County Fair in particular the water <br /> melon eating contest on Saturday that Five Points Bank is sponsoring. They have <br /> invited teams from area schools to compete for cash prizes for the school. It will be a <br /> fun vent for all. He also noted that they have moved the events to the pavilion for the <br /> open class and 4/H events. They will not have any booths but will have the bingo and <br /> "little feet on the farm" was moved into the barn and there will be free entertainment and <br /> a cars show with about 150 cars. There will be the Back to Blue concert, and Roots & <br /> Boots concert. There will be the livestock sale on Sunday. He invited everyone to <br /> come out. <br /> 9:10 a.m. Held a board of Equalization meeting. <br /> 9:22 a.m. Adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting. <br /> 3. 9:30 A.M. PUBLIC WORKS - BID OPENING FOR CULVERTS PROJECTS C40 (493) AND <br /> C40 (497) Quandt made a motion and Sorensen to open the culvert bids. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen voted yes and no one voted <br /> no. Motion carried. <br /> 3 <br />
