Motion carried. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Richardson seconded to refer the bids to Building & <br /> Grounds. Mr. Humphrey explained the economizer will bring in outside error if the <br /> temperature is over 60 degrees this helps with the humidity in the buildings. He stated <br /> that all of the units have this feature but Jerry's Sheet Metal listed it separately. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Petersen, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> C) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON BENCHES FOR COUNTY <br /> COURTROOM #1 & #2 Mr. Humphrey said that the back row of the benches in <br /> Courtrooms #1 & #2 had to be removed because they are not secured to the floor. <br /> These have been moved several times and the boards will not hold them anymore. He <br /> stated that it would be about $10,000 to replace the benches. <br /> Quandt said the benches are old and cannot be secured to the floor. Discussion was <br /> held they will come back with more information. This will be on the agenda in 2 weeks. <br /> D) DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO REPAIR PARKING LOT ENTRANCE <br /> TO COUNTY ATTORNEY EAST PARKING LOT - Loren stated that he has had E mails <br /> concerning the east entrance of the county attorney's parking lots. Cars are bottoming <br /> out when they pull in. He has talked to Don Robb and Gary also looked at it. They're <br /> concerned that if they fix it with asphalt it will not stay in. This is a big parking lot and <br /> also had ADA issues that need to be fixed. He ask if the board wants to proceed. <br /> Lancaster questioned if this was a small project could they use ARPA funds. Loren <br /> stated he has $10,000 in the building and land fund but you can add projects to the <br /> ARPA projects any time and they have until 2024 to have the funds obligated. <br /> 3 <br />
