They would like to recognize Pam Lancaster for her work <br /> and presented her with flowers and also a birthday gift. Lancaster stated she has <br /> worked with them for 24 years and it is a good program. <br /> 7. FACILITIES — A) OPEN INFORMAL PROPOSALS FOR RTU UNITS FOR 207 N. <br /> PINE - Lancaster made a motion and Quandt seconded to open the informal bids for the <br /> RTU units.
