Sorensen stated that for the $16,000 fee it would be $6.21 per parcel it is a reasonable <br /> contract. <br /> Richardson stated she does not have a problem approving it today. <br /> 13 DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON NEW SIGNAGE FOR THE BUILDING <br /> INSPECTOR/WEED DEPARTMENT BUILDING. Sorensen stated that Denise Kozel <br /> ask for new signage and was directed to come back with a simple solution. He provided <br /> a copy of the proposed sign it has lettering with the Hall County seal at a cost of <br /> $370.00 <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to approve the new signage and <br /> not to exceed $400.00. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson <br /> and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Quandt thanked them for this option. <br /> 15A)FACILITIES - DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING FEMA APPEAL <br /> LETTER - Mr. Humphrey was present and stated that Sarah has been working on the <br /> letter and they need to demonstrate how they had to replaced operational expenses <br /> with the disposable food items that were used. It was over $10,000.00 he also noted <br /> that the toilet paper was questionable. There was a person that tested positive in the <br /> beginning and there was concern at that time it could be transmitted by touch. Sarah is <br /> working on the arguments. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the FEMA appeal letter and <br /> allow the chair to sign once Sarah is comfortable with the letter. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted <br /> no. Motion carried. <br /> 15 B) DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING RTU UNITS AT THE PLAZA <br /> BUILDING — Mr. Humphrey stated that there are dollars budgeted in the Building & <br /> Land fund for the replacement of the 4 units at the Plaza Building. He was looking at <br /> some quotes and Jerry's Sheet metal may have a lower quote because they have units <br /> in stock and he would like to wait 2 weeks to get additional quotes and contact other <br /> vendors. He ask if the board would like to go out for bids or consider proposals. <br /> Quandt said the board could go out for bids or get information from other contractors. <br /> He ask about the wiring on the units and Mr. Humphrey stated that the new units have <br /> the wiring all in side so they just have to connect the wiring to the units so they will not <br /> need to do anything. <br /> 6 <br />
