3. This permitted conditional use shall be for a period of Seven (7) years beginning on February 15 , 2022, but may be sooner terminated if Applicant fails to comply with any of the conditions, restrictions and obligations set forth herein. In the event of noncompliance, the Hall County Board of Commissioners or the entity having jurisdiction, shall notify Applicant in writing of such noncompliance within 30 days of receiving notice, said permit may be revoked or terminated upon notice to Applicant and hearing before the Hall County Board of Commissioners or the entity having jurisdiction. 4. Nothing in this grant of conditional use shall be construed as a grant of right, authority or permit to allow any use of land, materials, or methods which violate any State or Federal Law or Rule or Regulation of a Federal, State or Local Agency other than as specifically set forth herein. Applicant shall comply with all applicable State and Federal Laws and Regulations. 5. The rights granted by this permit shall not be assignable or transferable and shall not run with the land. This Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted this February 15 , 2022, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions above set forth.
