PUBLIC WORKS UPDATE — Sorensen stated that the interlocal agreement for the Central Platte drainage project was budgeted at $85,000 and we are now $169,000 and they willl have to obtain the easements for the project. He would like to work with Steve to see what the total costs will be. He had suggested to increase the ARPA funds but now the cost could be $249,000 for the county's share Bredthauer said when we signed the contract with the city they did not address the easements and the ROW. Steve said they cannot determine the ROW and the cost of the land is what it will be. Steve and Sarah are not experts on the easement and the ROW. Sarah Carstensen stated that she has not done any of the ROW; or the easement work.
