Discussion was held and Lancaster said she would like to have more than one bid. <br /> Quandt noted they are have a tough time getting materials. <br /> Mr. Humphrey stated that if you go out for bids again you will be weeks away getting the <br /> project done. The overhead door is 19 weeks out to just get the door. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Peterson seconded to re-advertise the bid opening for <br /> January 4, 2022 with bids due Friday January 3, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Bredthauer, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, and Sorensen all voted yes and Hurst and Richardson <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 11. FACILITIES — BID OPENING FOR 2022 WIDE AREA MOWER — Quandt made a <br /> motion and Sorensen seconded to open the bids for the 2022 mower. Bredthauer, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one <br /> voted no. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE KENO GRANT FOR <br /> STUHR MUSEUM $10,000 FOR NEW SKATING RINK Megan Arrington-Williams - <br /> Richardson stated that Megan Arrington —Williams placed on the agenda for <br /> consideration for keno funds. <br /> Quandt one point talking about funds for the Grand Theater and if there was a conflict <br /> for Fonner Park and keno funds. He said she also voted on the travel & tourism dollars <br /> for Fonner Park. <br /> Richardson talked to Sarah Carstensen and she stated she was going to abstain on this <br /> vote any way. Richardson questioned if Lancaster should be voting on veteran's issues <br /> while receiving veteran's benefits through her husband. They will get clarification from <br /> Accountability and Disclosure. <br /> 6 <br />
