The outside entities are to contact the <br /> State first they have dollars for this. She also noted that after 20 years there is a time <br /> line for the cleanup at CAAP. There was a reuse committee years ago and most of the <br /> land has been moved to other owners. The type of cleanup depends on the usage of <br /> the land it is mostly agricultural use and you cannot build homes there but it could be <br /> used for industrial purposes. <br /> Bredthauer ask about Hornady and Southern power and ask how it would be changed <br /> but there needs to be a plan. <br /> Blueprint Nebraska has a committee that continues to look at taxes and if Nebraska <br /> taxes are a hindrance and where does county government has to receive revenue how <br /> would those funds be replaced.
