Richardson abstained. Motion carried. <br /> Kim Dugan stted that she will complete the paperwork. <br /> 7. FACILITIES —A) LETTER FROM BOSSELMAN ENTERPRISES REGARDING <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR BOSSELMAN TRAVEL CENTER NO LONGER <br /> NEEDED — Mr. Humphrey stated that he received a letter from Bosselmans regarding <br /> the conditional use permit that they have on a lagoon. They are currently connected <br /> with City water and sewer and no longer need to conditional use permit on the lagoon. <br /> He said that they know this would happen once they were connected to the City. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to place the letter on file. Bredthauer, <br /> Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Quandt ask if this lagoon is not used what would happen. Loren said there is a process <br /> they have to follow to close the lagoon. He will check on that and let the board know. <br /> 7 <br />
